ShortsPilot is a productivity and video management SaaS platform designed to help content creators upload, manage, schedule, and automatically publish video content to their connected YouTube channels.

Core features include customer accounts and authentication (via Supabase), secure video file storage, Google/YouTube OAuth integration, manual and scheduled video publishing, and workspace analytics.

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Workspace Isolation: Each customer account operates within an isolated workspace protected by secure database Row Level Security (RLS). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Access to platform features is managed via subscription periods. When subscriptions approach expiration or require renewal, customers are provided with direct renewal mechanisms through our official WhatsApp support channel.

You retain all ownership rights to the video files and content you upload to your workspace. However, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, manage, and publish the content.
• Your uploaded content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content published to YouTube complies fully with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.

Our application integrates with YouTube APIs via Google OAuth. By connecting your YouTube channel, you grant us permission to upload and publish videos to your channel in accordance with your specified schedules and commands.

You may disconnect your YouTube channel at any time from your platform settings, which immediately revokes our application's publishing access to your channel.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YouTube Shorts Automation and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or third-party API interruptions (including YouTube API changes or rate limits).

You maintain full control over your data:

• Disconnect YouTube Channel: Disconnect your YouTube channel anytime via Settings.
• Delete Videos: Delete individual video files and metadata from your video library at any time.
• Data Deletion Requests: Request complete account and workspace data deletion by contacting our administrator through our official WhatsApp support channel.
